Connecting private sector expertise to address local healthcare capacity gaps

Demand for BHS services comes from local healthcare enterprises embedded in the communities they serve. Through remote collaboration and innovation, we identify the needs of the local healthcare enterprise and match the needs with the right expertise in order to achieve the overall goals of efficient healthcare structures. We then manage the flow of the technical assistance project, support the learning experience, and measure impact. Our remote model facilitates consistency and is low cost while minimizing disruption of daily business.

BHS increases access to healthcare by:

1. Building a pipeline of healthcare enterprises across the healthcare value chain with technical needs

2. Connecting them to volunteer technical experts from corporate partners

3. Scoping and facilitating remote technical assistance projects that build enterprise capacity and employee skills and expertise

4. Assessing the impact of remote technical assistance projects for communities served by the healthcare enterprises

Management of the full technical assistance project cycle to ensure success
